Christmas Eve

We were blessed to have the cinema for a Christmas Eve celebration. I am always amazed at the TRCC set-up crew. We were not able to get into the theater until 6:00 p.m. and the service was set to begin at 7:00 p.m. They transformed that theater into a church in 15 minutes flat. The band was up and practicing by 6:20 p.m. The night did not begin well for me. We were having technical difficulties among other minor snafus. There came a point, at about 6:50 p.m. that I walked into one of the empty theaters and just bowed my head in prayer. I was reminded that what we are doing is about the Savior and giving Him all the glory.

The celebration went off without a hitch and God was glorified. The highlight of the night was bringing my family up on stage during the candle lighting and we together wished our new TRCC family a Merry Christmas.

I pray that your Christmas was filled with God-given joy and love.
